We partner with a select group of retailers. Our boards and homewares are precision-made from solid American hardwoods and hand-finished in our Hudson Valley, NY studio — built for strong sell-through and everyday use.

Direct wholesale terms

  • Free shipping on every order — no threshold to clear.
  • Orders over $500 receive 5% off.
  • $250 minimum order.
  • Ships in 14–21 days on average.
  • Order online any time once approved, or work directly with Kari to place the order.
  • Direct line to the studio for product guidance and reorders.

All products are sold under the KHEM Studios name. White labeling, rebranding, or resale under another brand is not permitted.

Authorized Sales Channels

KHEM Studios wholesale accounts are granted for resale through the Buyer’s own retail channels only: a physical retail storefront, or an independently branded e-commerce website operated under the Buyer’s own domain and brand name.

KHEM Studios products may not be listed, advertised, or sold on any third-party consumer marketplace, including but not limited to Amazon, Walmart Marketplace, eBay, Etsy, Temu, Wish, Alibaba, AliExpress, TikTok Shop, Facebook Marketplace, Mercari, Poshmark, Wayfair, Overstock, Houzz Marketplace, or any successor, affiliate, or comparable platform. This restriction applies whether the Buyer sells as a first-party seller, third-party seller, fulfillment partner, or under any other arrangement.

Buyer may not transfer, consign, or resell KHEM Studios products to any third party for the purpose of marketplace resale, and is responsible for the conduct of any downstream party to whom Buyer supplies product.

KHEM Studios reserves the right to request the URL of any channel on which Buyer intends to sell, and to verify compliance at any time. Violation of this section constitutes a material breach and permits KHEM Studios to terminate the wholesale account immediately, cancel any open orders, refuse future orders, and pursue removal of unauthorized listings. Products purchased in breach of this section are not eligible for return, credit, or warranty support.

No exception to this section is valid unless granted in writing and signed by an officer of KHEM Studios.

Not a retail shop? Client gifts, employee gifting, and event orders are handled through our corporate gifting program rather than a wholesale account.
