Furniture Orders

Q: How long will my piece take to arrive?
A: Most made-to-order furniture ships within 4-8 weeks. We’ll keep you updated on progress and tracking as it moves through production.

Q: Can I customize the size or finish?
A: Some customization is possible! Reach out and we’ll let you know what’s doable for your specific piece.

Q: What if something is damaged in transit?
A: We pack carefully, but if your item arrives damaged, please photograph it right away and contact us within 48 hours. We’ll take care of it.

Q: Do you offer white glove delivery?
A: We don’t currently offer white glove service, but many of our pieces are designed to ship via ground and require minimal setup. Large furniture items require a custom shipping quote. We can offer in-person delivery by our team if the delivery address is within a certain range. Ordering + Returns

Q: Can I return a furniture piece?
A: Because each item is made to order, furniture purchases are final sale. However, if there's a problem, we’ll always do our best to resolve it.

Q: Can I change my order after placing it?
A: We can make changes within 24 hours of ordering—after that, the build is likely already underway.

Q: Do you offer discounts?
A: Occasionally, we offer limited promotions to our email subscribers and social media followers—sign up or follow along for first dibs. We offer trade discounts with approved trade applications (see our Trade & Wholesale tab).
